Can you explain to me the difference and how it becomes embedded and how to make it unembedded and downloadable?

Embed means you are not hosting the video. the video is still on youtube, and your users are watching it from an iframe.

Embedding allows you to take your video — or someone else's video — and post it on a web page outside the original video platform. For example, you can embed a video on your blog, and then people can watch your video there without having to visit your website.

to be able to download videos you MUST self-host them, so using the encoder to process your video is extremely recommended

Ok how does one make sure they are not uploading an embedded link?
