Daniel,
I'm hosting Avideo and Jitsi servers. I can't access the encoder via my fqdn. In addition, I'm unable to access the home page/password authentication diglog of the Jitsi server from Avideo. Are you available tomorrow after 9 AM CST for a 1 hour paid consultation? Thank you
this is your custom installation. I cannot help/teach you that
Will you properly configure a new installation on Ubuntu 20.04 with my working fqdn and Jitsi server and then migrate/clone my existing videos to the new installation?

Hello, I'm able to install Avideo, the encoder, and the live server with a domain and SSL for you. However, I do not provide installation for Jitsi. I can install a custom Jitsi server which I refer to as the "Premium Jitsi Server," but it comes with a monthly fee of 100 USD. This premium version of Jitsi allows you to make live streams. Please note that this Jitsi installation requires a separate server. For more information, you can refer to this link: https://github.com/WWBN/AVideo/wiki/Meet-Plugin#types-of-servers
Can you complete the installation today, ASAP?

The credentials of a new ubuntu 20.04 vm are saved on my Google Drive. If you send me your gmail address I will grant you access to the Google Doc and then repsond to this email with the link. I am ready to pay for a basic installation via the Avideo tutorials site.
I do not need you to install Jitsi. I already have my own jitsi server running and properly configured. I need to access my Jitsi server from Avideo using its fqdn. Should I be able to access the home page/password authentication dialog box of my jitsi server by adding its fqdn without the JWT token app id and app secret to the meet plugin on the new installation?
Previously, I tried to migrate videos + text descriptions between two Avideo servers hosted on the subnet using the clone plugin. It did not work. I am not sure why. I should be able to migrate the existing videos + text hosted on an Avideo 12.1 instance to your new installation/vm using the clone plugin, correct?

Thank you for your interest in our installation services. We always strive to provide our clients with the best possible service, and to that end, we do not offer partial installations. Our experience has shown that a clean installation is much easier to maintain and troubleshoot than a preinstalled system.
If you are still interested in a partial installation, please note that we charge per hour ($50 USD/hour) for this service, and there is no guarantee that it will work.
Our basic installation package costs $70 USD, and we require a clean server for this service. To perform a clean installation, we require the following:
Operating system You will need to provide a clean Ubuntu 20.04 (VPS or dedicated) server, as shared servers do not work for our installation process. Please ensure that you do not install any kind of control panel (such as Plesk or cPanel).
Hardware requirements For information about the server requirements, please check out our documentation here: https://github.com/WWBN/AVideo/wiki/AVideo-Platform-Hardware-Requirements
If you have any questions or would like more information about our services, please do not hesitate to contact me directly at developer@youphptube.com. I will be more than happy to assist you.
@flmtx on your custom jitsi meet server let me make a recommendation. Before getting involved with jwt tokens, get jitsi meet, and jibri up and running. Jitsi and Jibri should not be on the same server (unless you are limiting meet/stream/record to a single instance). Jibri definitely should be a docker install as to configure multiple loopback connections. As an example, 16 loopback connections will allow 8 simultaneous streams/recordings.
