Error creating video poster feed #7809

@DanielnetoDotCom I'm having trouble creating the video poster. I check in the feed that it is replacing the image I upload with a notfound.jpg image. Here is the image upload log.

When I click to view the JPG, the portrait poster appears and not the horizontal poster: image

@DanielnetoDotCom Apparently it's working again... without me making any changes. In addition to re-uploading the image. I was in doubt about the process of uploading and compressing the image. Is this compression happening on my server or on https://network.avideo.com/ ? I'm not running a private encoder.

One detail... the feed file only corrects after I run the command Clear Cache Directory. I always wonder... why is this command not automatic?

Probably a permission issue , try chmod -R 777 in your videos folder

Dani, I set the entire VIDEOS directory to 777 permission and it made no difference in the result. Accessing the FEED ROKU file: See this video for example. I re-uploaded a new file to the existing video. I refreshed the cache and the image URL appeared correctly.... After a few seconds the URL was replaced by the image notfound.jpg https-cnetv-com-br-feed-index-php-roku-1.webm

This problem happens only with old videos. I'm still having these problems. Multiple URLs with notfound.jpg

@DanielnetoDotCom Returning to the subject of the issue. I ran further tests and did not find the issue regarding the notfound.jpg images that were displayed in the Roku feed.

Previously doing "Clear First Page Cache" and "Clear Cache Directory", solved the problem. But now I tried to do the cleaning and it didn't work.

I would like to know if this problem is the same problem presented in issue #7825 ?

It should appear only once if the image is missing.

if the image does not create, should be an issue with it; otherwise the log is fine

@DanielnetoDotCom The problems are the same. The feed is always broken with notfound.jpg images. Sometimes everything is fine, then it breaks a bunch of images, then reduces the amount... The website does not show the broken images, but in the feed it does. It gives me problems on roku. I don't know what else to do.

I think I managed to find something here... Within the categories, I managed to access the different Feeds... Roku.json and MRSS!

This problem is very curious... the system does not find the image for Feed Roku, but it finds the image for Feed MRSS.

I don't understand at what point this metadata is generated... if they are generated simultaneously or separately...
