New Video uploads: Thumbnails, Gifs and videothumbnails creation stopped working after updating. #7824

All plugins are up to date also, along with all sql updates. You are running AVideo version 12.4! After applying the most recent updates I'm seeing this error:

how to reproduce that? here it is working fine

Seems to be an issue with older servers with the /var/www/html/YouPHPTube* path. No issue with newer builds. I've reset all plugins and (git fetch --all && git reset --hard origin/master) on the site and encoder and still get the same error. ERROR on dirsize=40960 Also when I go to (Get jpeg/gif) link I see this error in the encoder log: getImageInDuration: file too small SCRIPT_NAME: /YouPHPTube/plugin/MP4ThumbsAndGif/getImages.php

I ended up rolling back both the site and encoder and everything works as expected now. Site: git reset --hard 2e97e5d917 Encoder: git reset --hard dbef96e Just my two cents, but the most recent updates are breaking older installations.
