Video Browsing History

Hi i think the system is missing a very important feature which is history, which seems to be a basic feature on all video platforms.

Users have no way of going back to the videos they have browsed unless they bookmark them in their browser.

I think a history option in the top right drop down would be awesome.

Maybe the past 100 views could go in the user history, or 50, or something like that.

this .rnd is wrong, I do not know where it comes from. try to delete it the git pull again

Works perfectly Dan thank you soooo much. It looks great! I do feel users may struggle to find it though and it would have been better as a tab in the side cabinet with 'watch later' 'favorites' or top right dropdown. You know peeps are not every bright right? LOL. Please dont think im criticising your work i am just trying to help :)

Do you have to finish registering watching a vid for them to show up in history cos mine had a load of history when i first installed it but now nothing is adding to the history. I have no errors in my log and i cleared the history with delete all but still nothing registers in history.

The history. The vids that show in history are none clickable in firefox and brave. I dont know if something changed cos i never clicked on the links initially when i said it was working. I just assumed they were working and clickable cos they were there.

Then i dont really see the point in the videos history if the user cannot click on anything in history or was that something you are working towards. I thought the point was for the user to go to their history to find something and then go to it?

Yea i do think that makes sense Dan. Based on the system layout users would find it straight away in the side cabinet or top right or both maybe 🤷 Personally id never dream of looking in my account for the video history id probs stumble across it by accident.
