Direct Upload, Importing videos and Scheduling videos for specific roles

Currently the functions "Direct upload" and "importing videos" (from YouTube for example) are global. They are ON or OFF.

Could you please in a next release make them role depending, for example available for ALL users or ONLY for admins? I believe that on a high traffic website with a lot of users, allowing importing videos to everybody will generate massive uploads of videos. Better if only specific roles (admin for example) would be great.

Same thing for the video scheduler, if possible, or just a global option to enable/disable it

What exactly do you mean?

Importing video. This is a global option, admin decides if ALL users can use this feature. IMO that would be good that admin can use it, BUT other users cannot. Or, even a better option, that admin can allow or not each user to import video. Same for direct upload (not going through the encoder)

Scheduling video is a good feature but on our site we don't want allow users to use it: We want that videos are uploaded, encoded, and online without delay. Currently it is imposible to turn this feature OFF. That would be good if we can turn it ON/OFF on a global option, OR even allow or disallow for each user.

Setting up rights user by user would allow to create privileges for users, that would be good if the website admin wants to sell privilege rights (subscription).
