Logo disappeared #8642

@DanielnetoDotCom I'm having problems with the platform's LOGO. It disappeared without me making any changes. The file URL only has an empty file: https://cnetv.com.br/videos/userPhoto/logo.png It was normal at the beginning of the day and suddenly it disappeared, without my intervention. I did the last update and nothing resolved it. I cleared the caches, but nothing helped. What could be happening?

I am aware of a bug that sometimes when you edit the configuration the logo disappears.

I still have no solution for that. the only way is to submit the logo again.

@DanielnetoDotCom Danny, this problem happened again after 5 months. And in this case I was not editing configuration.

The only way to disappear is if you edit, if you are not seeing it, the error may be something else

@DanielnetoDotCom Danny, this chronic and annoying problem again. What happens when these images get lost? Check that the image does not appear at the top, but appears in the footer in the HTML where I placed the image.
