Thumbnails and video thumbnails not working #8662

Describe the bug I have purchased both the VideoThumbnails and MP4ThumbsAndGif plugins.

When I use direct upload I am getting absolutely no thumnails, images or anything created automatically. When I use the Encoder on my server it uploads, encodes and creates and 5 second gif but no thumbnails or timeline thumbnails. This is the same if I import using youtube-dl.

To Reproduce Just import a video in either way mentioned above.

Expected behavior For thumbnails and VideoThumbnails etc... to be created no matter if I use the Encoder or the Direct Upload.

Additional context Error logs indicate it's something to do with FFmpeg but I don't understand it.

I've resolved this, it appears I cannot use it with a reverse proxy.
