Inconsistencies texts and translations email verify

@DanielnetoDotCom Danny, I saw some translation issues in the automatic email that is sent for email verification.

• It is displaying the subject in English.
• A "Hi" is displayed that is not in the original text.
• And the verification link is not translated either.

I will remove the "Hi"

and I will add an option in the CustomizeUser plugin to translate your "Verify"
