I am a developer of the PaddlePaddle framework, SOLO V2 is reacted enthusiastically in the PaddlePaddle community, and some friends in the community have implemented a code of SOLO V2 and contributed to PaddleDetection.
If you don't mind, I want to contribute this part of the code in your Repo in the form of Git SubModule, so that more users can use SOLO V2 with different DL frameworks without taking up more space in your Repo.
