Changing default wiki sections #133

As we have discussed, it's difficult to change default sections for each wiki currently because all wikis are preloaded with the bootstrap data, with default sections in the database.

As we go along, we might change the default sections (from what I know, we already want to change it) so this is not sustainable.

What's the best way to solve this, reducing the number of migrations we need to do in the future?

This would be hard, as the admin behaviour is not specified... Need the future admin to think of what they need, then I can implement a backend API point to support that for the admin page (which will be implemented in the future).

I think we can close this first. As long as #126 is fixed, this is more of an annoyance than a lack in features.
