Wiki Redesign #134

The wiki was redesigned to look less like Wikipedia and more in line with the rest of the site. Check out staging to test.

Don't merge yet, let's wait on the following issues to be fixed first before merging.

[x] Fixes #119. Removed content table and made sections expandable.
[x] Added user name and profile picture for the contributor of the WikiSectionVersion
[x] Replaced jQuery insertion of HTML with React's dangerouslySetInnerHTML, which also prevents basic XSS (jQuery doesn't prevent). To be fixed in #128.
[x] Fixes #130, so that Version History can display more useful information

Not implemented yet (to be done in future PR):

[ ] To prompt before leaving the page for unsaved changes
[ ] Check for logged in user to show edit buttons
[ ] Check for admin user to show deleting of sections (see #136)
[ ] Convert to markdown (see #128)

@WYHNUS I fixed #130 on my own. Do review this and if it's ok let's merge it.
