Manage universities admin page #139

Don't merge until all items are marked complete.

[x] Used react-refetch and superagent with containers (see #118)
[x] List universities by country and edit
[x] Update university info. Fixes #138.
[x] Upload new university logo
[x] Fixes #136. Currently admin backend is visible and accessible to all users.
[x] Complete PUT /university endpoint, so can test Create university
[x] Fix #140.

To be fixed in other issues, if necessary.

[ ] Uploaded images should follow university slug name?
[ ] Uploading the same image multiple times might cause a 403 Forbidden on the uploaded image (small issue, just reupload)
