Wiki : Module Review #154

Under wiki, add a tab where students are able to give reviews/opinion about the modules taken.

I think this can be separate from wiki. If we set up a module review section properly with year/sem/lecturer name, etc., it will be much more informative. We can aim to do this more properly in the future, as I think it is a good idea. But not in the wiki.
