Marking a Task does not remove Task from the Priority Matrix #5

The UG states that the Matrix is designed to help us see what to do next.

However, Marking a task does not remove the Task from the Priority Matrix, which goes against the aim of the Matrix.

This is listed as a Medium severity bug I can circumvent this by applying the undone filter before marking tasks.

Team's Response

Thanks for noticing that. We respectfully assign this as NotInScope, as this was a deliberate design choice. You'd notice that marking a task as done also doesn't remove it from the taskList on the left, delete command does that. We also provide an 'unmark' command so that users can undo marked tasks and the action isn't final. For these reasons and to maintain consistency, we chose to display all tasks in the matrix, those even done. As you've yourself mentioned, 'filter' can be used to view a constricted overview of the matrix. We appreciate your opinion and that you pointed this out, but we feel this is NotInScope because the team discussed about it and settled on the current implementation.
