你的系统是Windows的吗？那么可能是没有编译环境，可以安装一个Visual Studio，里面包括了一些编译环境，但是Visual Studio还挺大的... 实在不行，可以在Linux系统上重新按照论文的readme配环境。 我能想到的就这些了，希望能帮到你。
