monofont / propfont directives not working on Linux, Mac #108

At present the new monofont and propfont configuration directives do not 
function on non-Windows platforms. Implementing this functionality is a top 
priority.

In the interim, interpreters will fail to launch if Gargoyle is built without 
BUNDLED_FONTS defined, unless care is taken to craft a garglk.ini file that 
includes the eight prop* and mono* directives.

Mostly working on Linux with r365. Annoyingly, it fails to locate Linux 
Libertine, which is a critical defect in its own right.
