Frotz: Unicode characters not displayed #27

What steps will reproduce the problem?
Run a zcode game that uses Unicode characters.  See attached: Russian
translation of "Metamorphoses."

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Available glyphs should be displayed.  ? is shown for all Unicode characters.

Requires an update to GlkFrotz: all I/O must use unsigned 32-bit integers 
instead of
chars.

Fixed in r295.  Need someone to test Unicode / foreign language input.
