Feature request: start the setupldr without having to type the path #36

I don’t have an ADB keyboard anymore, so I’ve bought a QuokkADB adapter. Apparently you can’t type the backslash character with it (at least I haven’t found a way to do that) So I’m stuck at the installation part where I have to type cd:\ppc etc in and I can’t type the \ I’ve tried with the normal slash / but it doesn’t work, the proper backslash is required. It would be great (for me) to have an option to automatically start the setupldr from the menu, maybe a menu option added to the “Run a program” menu entry or maybe a way to make it work with the slash, something like a character substitution function. Am I the only one using a QuokkADB out there?

I’ve been able to go on and install Windows NT by using a US USB keyboard connected to the QuokkADB. So, if you’re using “exotic” (Italian and US international in my case) USB keyboards connected to a QuokkADB and you’re having troubles typing the backslash get yourselves a US keyboard and live happily thereafter.
