Scripts Broken #9

Im unsure if this a my pc thing or an issue with the editor, but scripts no longer enable. I get an error (shown below).

I hadnt used the tool for probably a month, then did a windows reinstall & since then it will not work. Unsure if this is related to the Windows reinstall or the code itself.

Fixes attempted: Blender reinstall, File integrity verification, Editor reinstall, manually starting code

Blender Version: v3.5.1 (Steam)

Fix: Use Blender 3.4 (im smart lol)
