Bug#17: Adding Payment Emoji after publishing a post UPE, unpublishes the Post. #54

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Publish a valid post with UPE
  2. Add a payment emoji

Expected behavior: If a post is published with UPE, only payment emojis should be removed, post should not be unpublished.

Addendum: This should be also true for posts which were published using Payment emojis, and then added an UPE. Then only the UPE should be removed, and post should not be unpublished.
