  1. Importing Features from WagTool to initiate the merging of WagTool and The Relayer, the reason for this is to reduce cost of our web services and the plan to develop a complete bot to integrate with any Discord or Web based project which can deliver rewards from a single platform

We want to kick start a platform for parachain teams which they can leverage for creating their own content creation campaigns and distribute the rewards by levering the unified WagTool BOT. This is the initiation of the idea if we are successful with this idea then we will move to the bigger expansion to complete the idea so that Polkadot native teams can have their own content creation platform.
