get rid of mana symbols in the cards font #504

Our cards font is using some copyrighted symbols instead of regular "[", "]" symbols... We need to remove those and replace them with the actual letter, for both technical and legal reasons.

would this also include issue663 ? if we are getting rid of mana symbols then Pmana should also not be added, correct?

No, this is unrelated. I'm talking of the font. Our mana symbol images are fine and we own them and their design (Ilya B. does)
