[Suggestion] Option to play and see only Standard/Modern/Legacy legal sets

Since PSP version can't handle loading full images fast enough (noticable in shop), option to limit card pull could help.

Also loading images on selection (instead of preloading all at once) could speed up shopping experience.

the issue with limiting by legality is not an easy issue to fix, becuase we would have to manually update the "legal blocks"

Hm, Vintage/Legacy - same as current default all cards except non-oficial. And published lists of banned/restricted cards can be updated just for public release. Modern - sets starting from 8ED, so if 'year'>2003 in _cards.dat, then it will be easy to expand list of sets automatically.

Solution for updating Stadnard/Extended can be tricker (excluding oldest block if newer block appears ['date' should be used instead of 'year']), but adding at least eternal formats will make Wagic closer to Magic. Oh, and baka decks could require additional legality description.

Note that we have a pack folder that was initially created for that purpose. The format of pack however needs to be updated pf course, and extended throughout the game.
