Issue between "serumpowder" and "leyline" abilities #979

Open Syzygist opened 5 years ago

Using Serum Powder's ability to redraw your opening hand as an alternative to using a mulligan prohibits starting with any leyline cards in your opening hand on the battlefield. I don't believe that this is correct, as there are decks that use Serum Powder to start with as many Leylines on the battlefield as possible and then attempt to use Serra's Sanctum to cast Opalescence.

Also, this ability of Serum Powder is only supposed to be usable "any time you could mulligan," but it continues to appear as an option on multiple turns.

Is it possible to address this issue in the current version, or is it impossible to reference things like ability to mulligan or current turn?

I am at least hoping for some insight into this so that I can better understand it. Thanks in advance.

Sadly, there has not been an update to Wagic (at least here) in about 2 years, and no forks seem to be getting work either, so I think it is abandoned.

I understand your point, i will try to investigate this behavior to check if it can be improved or not, let's see in the next releases.
