DDU v17.0.6.0 may hang on Windows 7 machine #36

I got 3 reports of DDU hanging on Windows 7 in safe mode when cleaning. From the log it seems its when it is about to start the Tashscheduler cleanUP. I will try to identify the exact cause. Either it's the new Taskscheduler or its the new service module. Have yet to verify everything.

Got a repro, seems to happen only in Safe Mode.

Issue is not present in Safe Mode with Networking and it's confirmed related to TaskScheduler. Possibly some dependence for the "Schedule" service to keep running is not working.

Worst case scenario, Safe Mode with Networking (or normal mode) could be required by DDU in the future.

I possibly found a way to make it work in Safe Mode. No promise.

Fixed by allowing "PNP_TDI" Driver Group in safe mode.
