I cannot stick to or wall-run on this wall. I suspect it is tagged as ground!

I have good news and bad news. Bad news first.

Bad news: Your suspicions were incorrect. The walls were NOT tagged as ground.

Good news: They were Untagged. Tagging them as walls solved the problem.
