Butt-pound is finicky on mobile #375

I'll probably have to touch this up since most of the touch input logic is my doing. But butt-pounding doesn't feel consistent or good on mobile right now. Sometimes you hold your thumb down but you don't butt-pound. Sometimes you stop butt-pounding while you're butt-pounding because you move your thumb too much.

Fixed in trunk (with Isaac's help!)
