Camera zooms should be at the same speed as Camera moves #392

When you enter/exit a camera zone, the camera will move really quickly to the desired destination, but the camera will continue to zoom in/out. It's really weird, because the camera move is really jerky but the zoom is really smooth. It should be one or the other, and they should always be synced.

this appears fixed to me? i played around in that area of midship a little and it was nice and smooth
