Slave-driver seems to shoot you at random times

It's when bots throw coal into the furnace. The coal, for whatever reason, doesn't realize it's been thrown in the furnace. It assumes it's been thrown on the ground, and assumes it's the player's fault, so it tells the overseer to shoot the player

i believe i fixed by getting the coals to correctly understand when they're in the furnace
