Sync with PowerCLI 6.5.1 #149

VMware.PowerCLI is on the PowerShell Gallery now. We should tweak Vester to recognize the differences:

VMware.PowerCLI can now be referred to as a RequiredModule (like we do for Pester) instead of an ExternalModuleDependency
- Update Vester.psd1 L110 & Vester.Tests.ps1 L43
PowerCLI now supports implicit module loading when commands are called, so no more manually importing modules
- Update VesterTemplate.Tests.ps1 L79

Self-assigning, and will look at this soon. Feel free to comment if any questions come to mind.

Can't specify VMware.PowerCLI as a required module right now, as PS throws a circular dependency when trying to import Vester. More details in #151
