Describe the bug After submitting field not clear and data is not display in action.

Steps to reproduce bug

  1. Go to 'https://dev-react.raaghu.ai/ & https://stage-react.raaghu.ai/'
  2. Navigate to 'Design System > Components > Payment Tenure > Default'

Actual result- After submitting field not clear and data is not display in action.

Data display in action. Click on proceed button Auto select 1 Year radio button is not clear image
