MOA is an open source framework for Big Data stream mining. It includes a collection of machine learning algorithms (classification, regression, clustering, outlier detection, concept drift detection and recommender systems) and tools for evaluation.
This HoeffdingRegressionTree needs to be used with HoeffdingNominalAttributeClassObserver and HoeffdinNumericClassObserver in order to handle the categorical and numerical attributes , also VarianceReductionSplitCriterion needs to be used instead of InfoGainSplitCriterion in order to work properly.
