Remove instance from MCOD #200

Is it possible to remove the last instance that was applied to an MCOD object?

Frankly, I think that the interface of the MCOD is not written correctly. For starter, this is supposed to be a micro-clusterer, having both micro-clusters and outliers. The current state of the interface does not return micro-clusters at all.
