cudaGetSymbolAddress #75

'cudaGetSymbolAddress' I am using RTX3070 to run Weka, but I got a error message as title.

I find a similar solution as below, but I guess it can't help me to fix this error. https://github.com/deeplearning4j/deeplearning4j/issues/9123

Could anyone advice what I can do?
