I am going to start taking a stab at this with some js that basically just allows switching between full screen views

Most of the mechanical bits should now be in place for this ticket. I am going to work on the single sign-on feature before coming back to it to add styling and the rest of the content of the wizard

The branch I was working on for this was merged into master, but I am going to cut a new branch and keep working on this stuff. The branch will be called 254-B
