Move LED1 and LED3 #44

LED1's case hole is ~1mm from the molex case hole. Moving LED1 and LED3 by 1mm or so towards J6 (purple coax) would improve case design.

LEDs are now centered, right angled, and moved closer to the edge. left two LEDs are spaced with their centers at 3.5mm from their closest neighbor connector. Red (data) next to the cell coax, green (system) next to the molex connector.
