canbus is interrupting mcu sleeping #61

I wonder why BLE interrupt doesn't interrupt sleep, but Can Bus does. Changed the code so that sleeping < 1 sec is expected and handled

weird that can bus 1 interrupts, but not can bus 0. But doesn't cause issues
