Create a system that puts users in certain tiers by completing certain actions:

• Items to Complete
• Incentive Plan
• Reporting Damage
• Peer to Peer
• WaiveCar Charging

Wavie Community (Community Aspect)

• Borrow elements from Waze
• Peer to Peer Service
• Waive Community
• Users will start out as a baby Waive
• Their are different leveled tiers
  • Tier 1
  • Tier 2
  • Tier 3
• In order to level up, they will need to complete certain actions/tasks
• Example: -Leaving a WaiveCar at a Charger -Charging your rental from low to high -Consistently report damages
• Placing Users in different levels would reward good users vs hoarders and people who take advantage or rentals
• Piggyback leveling tasks for basic maintenance tasks
  • Charging
  • Dropping off a WaiveCar at Homebase when there have been damage
  • Reporting bad users

How we control excessive rentals?

• Again with member level and task completion
• Every new member will start off as a Junior Member, but we want to make easier to get to the next level and reward people for helping WaiveCar out
• Tier 1 starting point
• 1 rental a week at 1 rental a day
• If you need to book again on the same day you’ll need to pay for the second ride This is point help address a point of revenue What happens if users provide a need where they need a car all day? WaiveWork Review user usage and see if they are good candidates for the program. Example Scenario Junior Member (Tier 1) You’ll get 1 free rental a day and rental for the day If they want to expand your ability and perks as a Junior Member tasks will need to be completed Charging certain times per month Dropping of low battery cars near Homebase

Power Users 4 or 5 rental cars a day - then transition them to a waivecar work If you are using it for work or 8 hours a day - then you’re eligible
