Valet

This is a new requirement.

Valets are staff members positioned at static locations that allow cars to be returned to them.

They will need to display on the map (similar to a charging location) and, via Web Admin, their position and status (available/unavailable) must be able to be managed.

When available, users can drop off their cars to valets at no additional cost.

Required Changes:

• App - update existing screens to display Valets on the Map
• Web - update existing screens to display Valets on the Map
• Web - add ability for Admins to add, remove, and update Valets (including their position and availability)

To give an idea of numbers, Roy suggested that initially there may be ~5 valets.
