Api: Notify users when they have driven over 500 miles #1323

Send an email that mentions how much they may have saved in gas costs!

Hi so and so,

It's been a great (time since signup) months since you've joined us at WaiveCar! In that time you've had XX bookings - that's almost (math.ceil(bookings/time)) a month!

That's (miles / 24.7) gallons of gas not put in a car^1, (gallons 19.6) pounds of CO2 not put in the air^2 and $(miles 0.545) not removed from you wallet^3!
