Api: Cleanout redis and make it part of the backup #1481

If we are serious about doing #1480 right, which would likely be through redis (it could also be mysql), we need to make sure that the redis store is treated not as some thing we can just totally ignore the values of (which it somewhat currently is).

as of this writing there's 63,295 keys with the following distribution

  39232 waive-car:auth
  10715 waive-car:queue
  13028 waive-car:schedules
    259 waive-car:shop
     44 waive-car:verification

For the scheduler we have the following:

     20 booking-free-timer
     24 booking-extension-reminder
     25 booking-free-timer-expired
