Mostly, drivers shouldn't get many automated communications from us and the emails and texts sent to admins need to be customized.

What emails / notifications should be sent to these users:

Account setup emails
Booking start / end texts (but not emails!)
emails for statements when created
statement reminders
statement receipts What should not:
booking emails for users
receipts for regular bookings
other notifications during bookings

So far, the logic from the flow chart is in place for statements. The other parts remain.

The items that are not impelmented from the flowchart now all have to due with WaiveWork.com and will be implemented in the next milestone. Otherwise, all planned parts of it are in place.
