Api: Combine Facebook/Email Accounts. #666

Zoli's words from #664

(1) If a user signed up with email but tried to login with Facebook, we should just allow them in and link their Facebook.

(2) If a user signed up with Facebook and tries to login with email, we should just disregard the password and attempt to authenticate with Facebook.

(2) will be really hacky here... but I can imagine how to do it.
