App: New Start Ride Flow

With the expansion to the rest of LA, we need to modify how users pick up and return the cars. This task outlines the new process.

1. After a user taps a car on the map and hits "Book WaiveCar" these next series of screens appear. NOTE: The car is now held by this user, even though the reservation hasn't started.
2. How long do you need the car? - we ask the user this to determine where they will be able to return the car. They aren't held to this time, it's an approximation. If they go over 12 hours, give an error "WaiveCar bookings must be 12 hours or less"
3. Where to? We ask the user if they are doing a round trip and dropping off the car at this same location, OR we allow them to choose where they want to end their rental, powered by google maps. If they select round trip, skip to the "get to your waivecar" screen
4. Based on the users preferred return point, we give them a selection of where the can return the car. The options are:

• Green Zone - areas like Santa Monica that allow you to park at any meter for free
• WaiveSpots - these are pre-determined private parking spaces that we have secured. This "reserves" the spot for them at the approximate time they will return the car, so we don't double book spots.
• Valet - triggers an API call to our valet provider to send someone to pick up the car from them (partner tbd)

We will be adding more options in the future.
