Things to do:

[x] Updated instance of NocoDB to version 0.207 or later.
[x] Add approved (checkbox) column to table to show which items are approved by core team
[ ] Add public viewable form for adding new hardware without (approved column)
[x] Add private view showing items to be approved
[x] Create public view of main data table, filtered to only show approved items
