vue 3 support #40

Hi, I installed element-ui-el-table-draggable package in vue 3. Is this package is supported in vue 3? When I tried to use it, I got error. You can see below.

hi @adnan-sahin Having the same issue here, and Im using vue3 as well, did you solved the issue yet?? Cause I did not see any one replaying on this case :((
