What do we need?

[x] Create a newNuzlocke.html file
[ ] Create an initial form which will include the following options
- Which version are you playing?
- Checkboxes for optional rules
- Name of your character in game

Why do we need this?

This will allow the user to create a new Nuzlocke "save file" which will act as the basis for them inputing their data at a later stage to track progression

I will go through them and also create the optional rules as part of the form.

@Waldenism what do you think about the drop down to choose the the version you are playing? I think at a later stage we should implement it more visually, having the boxart for the games the button you press to choose which game.
