Fix Ratios Indicator #17

Ratios Indicator being enabled seems to cause a lagging issue when trying to manually drag the price on the chart to change it. This is noticeable with NQ with live data. Probably rendering too many times when its not necessary.

This will be removed for version 3. It doesn't seem like many are interested in this feature.
