Set default to not show Ratios indicator
Set default of Trigger Strike Price Threshold Ticks to 16
Updated Delta Chaser strategy to be more of a strategy that enters based on delta.
Removed Range Rebound strategy since it was similar to Delta Chaser
Removed ratios options from strategies. It doesn't seem that this option was used.
Added Technical Levels class with support and resistance based on the pivot.
